I am passionate about restoring Hope and Empowering men and women in GRIEF reclaim their lives. GRIEF is a beautiful LOVE story that needs to be honored, talked about and embraced, GRIEF is not a problem to be solved.
As a child, I was taught there are 3 subjects we don’t talk about: sex, religion and politics. It occurred to me early on, that there was a fourth subject: GRIEF. To this day, I don’t understand how and why we fail to support our friends and loved ones living in GRIEF. Be it the loss of a parent, child, friend or beloved pet, GRIEF sucks! It steals our joy, our smile and our ability to actively participate in the amazing journey called Life.
After over 30 years in healthcare, performing CPR in a Publix parking lot, pulling accident victims out of a burning car and my own painful losses, I am passionate about changing the way WE as a society view and talk about GRIEF. I am passionate about helping people in GRIEF feel heard, validated and supported. I am passionate about restoring Hope and Empowering men and women in GRIEF reclaim their lives. GRIEF is a beautiful LOVE story that needs to be honored, talked about and embraced. GRIEF is not a problem to be solved.
Speaking of Grief is dedicated to the memory of my beloved Nana, my Mom (or Ma if you’re from the north), my vibrant and amazing Aunts Marilyn and Sydell, my soul dog: Golda The Iron Lady, my sweet, handsome Jake Goofy Green.
Speaking of Grief is dedicated to the memory of your loved ones. May we walk together, support each other and celebrate with laughter and tears.
- To help those in GRIEF feel heard, supported and not judged.
- To change the way society views and talks about Grief and to shift the narrative so that Grief is viewed as a love story not a problem to be solved.
- It is impossible to GRIEVE the wrong way!

“I have been working with Nancy for almost two years now. At first, I didn’t know what to expect from coaching, but it has been an amazing experience. Nancy is really good at helping you explore your area of need, and challenges you to improve in a way that is inviting and kind. I have truly seen dramatic growth in my life because of the talent and care that Nancy brings to coaching. She is awesome!”
